I'll go right to the chase. I'm a teen, I didn't live on this planet for long enough to tell you a cool tale about me uninstalling stuff on my PC.
1. Go into System Settings
2. Go to System > Optional Features, and click on the button "View features"
3. Go to "See available features"
4. Scroll down until you see "Windows Media Player Legacy (App)" and check it
5. Click "Add (1)" and wait for it to install
