I did it, right-click the Desktop, New, Text document, Paste that line in it, save it to Storage.text then renamed it to Storage.bat.

when your desktop is a bit crowded:
this is how you can get the batch file in Start

1 create the batch file Storage.bat on your desktop and then move it to c:\
2 double click My PC or This PC
3 in the right pane right click drive C:\
4 click Create shortcut and choose Yes for the desktop
5 rename the shortcut on your desktop to Storage
6 right click the shortcut and click Properties
8 in the Target field write: explorer c:\storage.bat and click OK
9 right click the shortcut and click Pin to Start
