Gotcha!
No there is no emulator involved. All you need is a computer running your Windows game and AnyDesk. Install AnyDesk on your mobile phone and connect to your PC. You can even set a password to connect remotely without having to click Accept. Controlling the PC from your mobile launch the game and play. Any game that can be played with mouse only can be played this way. I use it to play the original version of Popcap's Bejeweled 3 because the Android version Bejeweled Classic has some limitations I don't like. I also play ad-free.

The other way around is also possible, that is connect to your phone to play Android games on your computer, but I use Bluestack Android emulator for this which is more convenient and has better performance.

Your title is misleading, as you are just using phone as a remote connection. The app still runs on pc.

I know of no way a windows pc app can run on an android except some old DOS based games.

Anyway who needs anydesk to do this unless over internet or using Home. There are alternatives - I use splashtop as it has (imo) best interface between device and pc.

If host OS is Pro/Edu, you will get much better performance on a LAN using RDP than any third party tool.

Also the other way round, using WSA is better provided you can side load app.
