How to prevent WPS Office from assign PC name and user name in the documents ?

In the properties for word and excel files in details tab . It display original PC name and owner user name is there a way to prevent this behavior by default without go to each file and remove these info manually ? I sent to them this question they never replay

To stop future Office documents from adding your name/initials go to options in any Office app. Remove the info like the screenshot but I think something has to be in these boxes. Try using a space to see if that doesn't do it

If you want to remove certain metadata from multiple files I believe you will find your answer here. I dont use MS Office. In WPS I found in word something similar called user info but cant find similar in Excel

Sorry, I do not have that application installed to test with. I know in Office suite of apps if the info is removed from one of the apps in the suite, it removes it from all the others.
