How to remove this annoying popup?

How can I remove that popup every time I place my mouse on the top of a webpage to move it somewhere else? Its very annoying and it constantly changes the placement and size of my window. I would really appreciate any help in removing this option. Thanks very much

I think these are monitor specific settings, such as Dell Display Manager for Dell monitors.
You will find Application Window Snap option in the right of the taskbar

Thank you all for your help. It didnt work with the first suggestion, the popup kept showing up, I tried the Dell Display Manager and it seems to have done the trick.
