Solved How to remove this Chat from Bing?

See attached, circled - how do I hide/get rid of this? I have tried some things, most notably I do have Explorer settings/sidebar/Chat toggles all off, but it's still there! I want it to just be the "Search" that the arrow points to! Thanks I hope you can help!

You can't. Why do you want to?

Because every time Bing search is opened by some link specifically tied to it (not my default search), I get that Chat page with sentences being thrown around all over the screen in a total disorganized mess. If I am clicking on a search that goes to Bing, just show me search results not all this other junk.

Every time? I don't think that's caused by the Chat/Copilot icon being present on the Bing page.

If I bring up the little icon in the top right corner of the desktop for Spotlight images and click on it and then the image “learn more” link to learn about today’s desktop image, it brings up bing search on that place with all kinds of chat conversation scrolling till I click it to stop. Then I have to click over to search results.

I would be ok with it there if it would just default to search results instead.

This is page content so server-side, not compiled app/program content.
As stated above, you can't remove it unless you don't use Bing as your start page.
You could try to create a shortcut with this as a target:

Thanks, and I found a solution! It was right in front of my eyes lol.

This picture is a part of the Bing page that comes up. I would typically click the circled link to learn more, that brings up all the chat stuff. But if I click on the link pointed to be the arrow, it goes to regular search results!
