So I bought myself a Delorean and got up to 88 miles per hour and as I didn't have all Doc Emmet's mods, I could not go back to the 50's or whenever.
I queried it with the the sellers, and they told me I could go back exactly 24 hours though.
So how do you go back 24 hours in a standard Delorean?
The answer is quite simple.
Go to Antartica (only land mass that crosses the International Date Line).
Get close to Western side - accelerate car to 88 mph, cross dateline to Eastern side and you have now travelled 24 hours into the past.
Actually 88 mph is not essential but great fun on snow and ice.
Reverse process to go forward 24 hours.
