Solved HP 14s dq3109TU Fan not working

Just bought HP 14s dq3109TU. I check temp with HWMonitor the idle temp between 55c - 60c and when opening browsing or playing video its goes up to 80c-88c, and then I check the fan with SpeedFan and its show 0RPM, which mean laptop fan off. I was wondering if there software from HP that use to turn on the fan ?

Speedfan does not always report correctly on many computers. HP's won't usually start with a bad fan without a warning at boot.
Put your ear next to the fan exhaust and you can usually tell if it is running.

You can always hear a fan and feel the warm air being pushed out.
Laptops always come with system software that controls the fan. Certainly by 80-88°C the fan should come on.

SpeedFan has never worked on any Laptops I have owned.
