HP Omnibook with Snapdragon X Elite (on ARM) - Restarting Randomly

This is an interesting one for you tech nerds!

I've got an HP Omnibook, with a new Snapdragon X Elite Processor running on arm. I'm trying to determine if the device has faulty hardware, or if we are just struggling along with a lack of proper support for arm.

I was running Vegas Pro 20 (emulated) and it was running great during an entire video edit of 4k footage. When I render the video, it would randomly RESTART the whole computer (no blue screen of death shown, but computer would restart). It would reboot even if the computer wasn't super hot, or if I had a cooling pad underneath, and it was fairly random. But it was rebooting every single time.

Oddly enough, a few weeks later I was able to render a shorter video no problem. And a longer video.

Then I have a program that allows me to look at religious texts and things, it is also emulated, and the whole computer restarted multiple times when using it, on another day it had NO issues. But kept having issues this one day.

Finally yesterday I was on Google Chrome, and the whole computer rebooted again! Hopefully these files help, but I need to know if this is a windows on arm problem, a software issue, or if I have a hardware issue.

I did the SFC scan now at one point, I also went to advanced options and got drivers that were there, but that's all I've done so far.

Do you have any idea based on what I posted? Doing all of these things feels like a lot. I guess I'm just trying to understand what makes you think I need to do these

I just ran the computer into safe mode (after I found and uploaded that massive dump file).
Even with safe mode+networking, there was no wifi option. The bottom task bar would freeze while loading, and then I would have to "end process". Eventually after I ended the process a few times it worked.

So even without wifi on, once the computer was running better I ran the tune up. I have attached the result.

I should add that the computer flies through everything and can do a ton, this snapdragon chip is awesome, so the performance in safe mode was just a little odd. But could be an "arm" software issue too.

I attached the virtual memory and startup and recovery pictures.

Assuming this is all you need, outside of the drivers, before I run WDV, can you give me any idea of what you EXPECT might be going on? Any information? Thank you so much

For startup and system recovery system failure:

a) uncheck automatically restart

b) change small memory dump to automatic memory dump

c) reboot

WDV is a tool which tests software and hardware drivers.

Drivers that fail create BSOD.

When non-corrupt dump files are available they are debugged to see if a misbehaving driver can be identified.

If there are no misbehaving drivers then hardware will be tested.

I just did what you suggested for the memory. And changed those settings.

I don't mind running WDV but it sounds like you want it to run for 48 hours. Restarts were very intermittent so it's very likely I won't have any restarts in that 48 hours. I may only have 1 restart per week if that. And it's very random. So it's hard for me to understand how I would test all of these drivers 1 by 1 and narrow it down, which is what it seems like you were telling me to do. Running it and checking something fast is pretty easy to do, doing everything else felt a little complicated for me to be honest.

I did run driver verifier. I selected every non-windows driver like it said, and restarted. I selected all the qualcomm snapdragon drivers too since they technically weren't microsoft either, so it was like 15 drivers, something like that. And now I'm ready for whatever step.

I should add I'm not seeing any specific tests to run, so that is where I'm lost. It's running. I know I can go to safe mode and run those commands, but that's all. Not sure if there's anything else I need to do, or if you are looking for me to run some other tests for now.

Also, no idea what this means: c) For the first run of WDV select the 3 customized tests displayed in the TF tutorial

No idea how to "test all microsoft drivers" or "all non-microsoft drivers". Again I guess I selected all non-microsoft drivers.

Are the "tests" supposed to just be putting it into safe mode and running those commands? Again, a little confused. thanks for your clarifications.
