Solved I am not very impressed with my Noctua DH-15 cooler

Your temps look good to me. Right in line with my Ryzen 5900X running on on my Asus ROG Strix X570-e gaming mobo with a Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler. I run 2 x 140mm intake fans on my Fractal meshify S2, and 1 x 140mm exhaust fan at the back. My fans aren't running on high, most times the only time i hear my PC is during a gaming session when I take off my headphones, but it's still pretty darn quiet.

Well, it sounds like I am worried about nothing at all. I am just used to my old AMD FX-8350 which had high temps in the the 55C range, however, it was water-cooled. I suppose the 5800X does burn a little hotter having 8 extra virtual cores.

I would like to thank everyone for their comments. I am encouraged and I won't worry anymore.

@CountMike I have performance boost enabled in BIOS. Do I have to do something else to take advantage of the feature?

The Rosewill case is pretty big and spacious and I think it has pretty good air flow. It's the largest tower I have ever had. The DH-15 almost touches the back of my graphics card though, so that is a bit of a concern for air flow. However, there is a 120mm fan that blows outside air directly toward the DH-15, so I think that compensates for it.

We have an air speed meter at work. I think I am going to put it in various places in the case and just see what kind of flow I get. Maybe I can optimize it somehow.

I must say that since I put in the Noctua fans, my PC is almost whisper quiet. I have them all running at full speed. I can't hear them, so I guess that is what matters.
