Hi guys i am trying to move from the new outlook back to the classic version and have a problem it will not open i get the message as per screenshot. I have done a full repair but still got the same problem can any one help please

I am using Microsoft office 365

I can’t start Microsoft Outlook or receive the error “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window” - Microsoft Support

If this troubleshooter can't help, reply with what step you got stopped on.

Hi i have followed the above articles to try and get outlook classis to open with no success. the repair the outlook data file did not work so i had the idea just to delete the data file and when outlook next started it created a new one and now the classic version is now opening just fine
