i have changed MS Outlook settings now I am not seeing my inbox as usual.
there are emails but they are old emails.
plz help me with ms outlook usual settings.

I assume you mean MSOffice Outlook.
What settings did you change?

You will probably be better off asking for help in the MSOffice section of TenForums [ElevenForum does not have one].
