A few weeks ago, File Explorer (including desktop) stopped showing files as thumbnail previews...they are just the default app icons. I have checked the usual places:
File Explorer>Folder Options>View. The always show icons box is unchecked.
Same for Windows Settings...show thumbnails instead of icons is checked.
Is there a away (commands) to reset everything so that thumbnails will show again?
