I need Explorer to show more information about .OGG files

I have a not insignificantly sized library of music with a wide array of file types gathered over many years. This wasn't an issue on my old PC, but I recently got a brand new one, to my annoyance I had to grapple with issues I'd dealt with long ago, issues like explorer beefing it when I so much as look at an OGG file.
(Uninstalled Windows' Web Media Extensions, if you're wondering, Web Media Extensions by Microsoft Windows completely cripples operation of my computer when I interact with an OGG file, always has, across multiple machines)

The files can now be interacted with normally, however, despite very much having additional metadata, which I painstakingly filled in for over 100 files a while back, it doesn't appear in explorer.

In the name of due diligence I researched this issue at least a little bit, there were some open source downloads suggested that didn't appear to do anything, such as "Taglib Property Handler" which I had only a faint hope would work anyways, given it's from 2013. Is there just something fundamentally different about Windows 11's explorer that makes it terrible or what?

The only time I encountered .ogg files was on my Linux Mint computer when I Ripped an audio CD, had to later Rip again but to .mp3.

EDIT: Looking back I see I forgot to mention the program on Linux I used, it was Rhythmbox.

Hi, how much detail do you need? (This is what I have set up in Win 10)

I've added file handler properties using a free program 'File Meta Association Manager' for convenience.

Try this one:
Softpointer - AudioShell 2

It supports a lot of formats and is a Shell Extension so Explorer will be able to let you see all you need to see for multiple different audio formats. It is a lot more than just that though...you can even edit tags for one or even multiple files at once...

If properly Ripped this is what I get, if not done properly I get only Track 00 for the song title:

If you click in a field there, can you modify it?
(See mine above for an example).

I have been able to change things on some files like song title, album if known, artist, etc.

AudioShell seemed like it might work and then actually just made things worse(?) It literally works for like, ONE file, explorer now sort of hangs loading the folder. I closed Explorer and restarted it and it did a few more. Is this some kind of cache thing? (Note: I followed instructions on Audioshell's website about editing a registry key to let it do its thing with OGG files). May have to revert.

They're common in certain video game soundtracks as they're stored in the game's internal files, which comes up if a game does not release an official soundtrack that you can actually buy properly (and, well, any other sound the game uses I suppose). Also very old games (and some others) use them. Such as Minecraft and Space Station 13.

I use more OGG files than most users, probably.

I swear Windows 10 did this with no problems though, not sure what they've gone and messed up.
