i3-9100 (ThinkCentre M920X) for NAS/AV server: powerful enough ...?

i consider buying an used Lenovo ThinkCentre M920X with an (tiny) Intel i3-9100. I'd like to use it as NAS, mainly for playing music/video files.
Im living in a single household.

My question is:

Does the i3 have enough power to handle W11/AV server ?
I guess the (tiny) i3 is going to save lots of power compared to an (e.g.) i5. It should be (IMO) the better choice for my NAS.

Do you think the i5 is a better choice ?

The HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus was either configured with a Pentium G5420 or a Xeon E-2224. There was a good comparison of CPU alternatives at servethehome, they had the i3-9100 as their cheapest upgrade recommendation:

(I assume the Xeon alternatives will not work with the Lenovo- I assume they have a desktop chipset)

I ran one of those with the Pentium and Server essentials 2016, mostly as fileserver and backup- server. Even the Pentium was good enough for these tasks. I upgraded first to a used i3-9100F which felt a little quicker (and ordered then an used Xeon).

But it's unclear what kind of AV software you plan to run on this machine?

I guesss i will install the latest 'MediaMonkey Gold' (paid version). MediaMonkey can run its DLNA/UPnP server as a Windows Service so media sharing is active without the applcation.
