Icon Cache Tutorial and .bat did not fix my desktop icons

Windows 11 PRO 25H2 (OS Build 26200.6725)
As you can see from the screenshot, the icons have nearly all lost their images. I ran the the three options in the Icon Cache tutorial to no avail. One oddity is that the last command in Option 3 did not restart the computer, but my doing so manually did not fix the problem.

Ideas gratefully accepted.

There's been a bug lately with the desktop icons not always showing their icons.

Usually, refreshing (F5) the desktop fixes it until it happens again.

Thanks, Brink. Neither F5 nor Refresh made any difference. I may have to simply bide my time until the icons get tired of misbehaving and return to their usual selves.

Perhaps Icon wait until then....
