iDrive online backup Clone of C: seems to have hung

Hi all.

I've tried to clone my C: to my iDrive upload space this morning. It started some hours ago and then after completing about 20% I saw it had restarted. It's now reached 49% but it's been showing that for at least an hour, and running for over 3.5 hours. It says it has 7 seconds to go, but it's been saying that for at least an hour as well.

BTW: It is still saying 'Backup to temporary local path is in progress'. The temporary local path is an external hard drive with plenty of space.

Is this common with iDrive?

When I did my initial backup with idrive I think it took about 2 days! The first back up is really quite slow. Once it has everything, it's quick to keep backing up. I'd stick with it and let it do it's thing and expect it to take a long time.
