I suspect account corruption issues. You can prove it one way or another by using another account.
Create a new local account.. Change this account's type to administrator. Restart, login to the new account. See if the same issue exists. it doesn't, your user account is corrupted, most likely from changes you made incorrectly to your user account.
If it still happens in the new user account, it point's to a windows problem.

When you state "brand new" how long ago did you make the purchase? I suggest, if it is within the return policy time limit, get a replacement. Any attempt to alter the computer may void your ability to make a return. To go one step further, if you are able to correct the current issues, there is no way to know what else may occur afterwards and returning the system may no longer be an option.

Being a retired Computer Tech, I would recognize that new PC as the latest technology, as is also Windows 11. They do go well together. Minus all the MS BS, of course.

However, as I've said numerous times, Windows, right out of the box, is so loaded with Bloatware and other MS BS as to be almost worthless. It's almost like buying a new Row-Boat, with 600# of rocks in its bottom.
Getting rid of the rocks in Windows is almost impossible, at least for the common user.

So after backing up all the data files, I'd pull out my Flash Drive with the latest and greatest version of Windows 11 on it and do a Clean Install. (I do have several Flash Drives with several versions of Windows on them, including a few you've never heard of.)

After a Clean Install, you are free to set up Windows to suit yourself.
I would not say this, except for the fact that I've already done it many times myself.

Keep Windows 11, it's far superior to Windows 7. Just learn how to make it work for you.

Cheers Mate!

I hope I did this right. I'm to savvy with computers at least with win 11.I couldn't copy the command prompt window so I took a snip of it.

I could have returned for a full refund for 30 days.. Was purchased 1/20/24. Unfortunately the problems started after this time period.I tried to a system restore using the oldest restore point I had and this is when all the problems started with the registry errors.Guys please keep in mind I'm self taught I have never had any form of computer training. I thought I was pretty good on Vista and Win 7 but this Windows 11 has been nothing but trouble. If I can't go back to Win 10 I think this computer will be up for sale at a huge loss I'm afraid !

Is this what your talking about I looked for a motherboard but didn't find the name.

Update : I'm not getting the error anymore with the screenshots.. All I did was changed which program to open them up with to photos.I tried to stop OneDrive as I don't want to pay for the cloud service as I already have iCloud for my phone. I also had to restart one drive to syncing and after. I can now open them up in photos with no error. However I'm still getting the cross device error on start up. Do I really need OneDrive ? I don't like to be forced into having to buy more storage as I kept getting popups about OneDrive being almost full. I need to purchase more storage...So I tried to delete OneDrive. I Hate That !!!
