Increase "File Save" Dialog Font Size

I’m having problems getting the file save dialog text to be easier to read, i.e. bigger.
I've tried System > Display > Custom Scaling. It has no effect on the file save dialog font size.
System > Display > Custom scaling > Text size
Is already set to a nice size font. Too bad “Changes you make here will apply to most of the text on your device.”
I tried changing my display resolution, that just made everything look bad.
Any ideas on how to make the save as dialog font bigger?

Any graphics driver update or graphics crash will reset your changes so you have to do it all over again. These changes are based on what scale you have set so I strongly suggest you make changes gradually and one at a time. Also know what you have set as icon font size affects the size of fonts in file explorer. I believe the 'save as' box is the message box.
