Install a Windows 11 virtual instance in a virtual server

I Have a private virtual server from Hetzner with Windows Server 2019.
I want to run inside it another vm with windows 11. I am blogger and I want it for testing purposes and writing guides, taking screenshots. Is this possible and how?
Creating a virtual machine with virtualbox is working, but everytime I am powering it on, it shows error.

Server 2019 should have Hyper-V components already. What you'll probably need to do is verify it is active and able to run Hyper-V, create a VM, set specs for it and then use UUPDUMP to grab an .ISO build script and build your .IS, then upload it to the virtual server, then boot the VM with the .ISO as a virtual disc.

You might first check to see if your virtual server even allows running VMs, though. I don't have much experience with virtual servers like this.

In task manager (cpu section) says Virtual Machine yes. So it means it can support other vm inside it?

Running a VM in a VPS may be possible but just why? a VM in a VM performance is going to be crap, why not just set up the VM on your local PC and save a whole heap of trouble.

Lol - I would, just to see how well it actually worked. Probably not use it for much, espcially as it would probably kill BW after a while....but still.

you are absolutely true. But I am with a laptop, that has Cloudready OS from Neveraware, sth like chrome os without play store. Its too old for Windows. It came with windows 10, but I installed Cloudready OS for some speed. And it works fine.

I gave my main Lenovo Ideapad laptop to my sister for her work and now I am with the Cloudready OS laptop, until I buy a new one, when I will save some money. I used VPS for years to upload media files from online sources to my personal cloud storage. In other words I am without a laptop until save some money and the VPS was the first thing came in mind that may solve the problem. Work cannot wait and in Greece adsense dont pay much.
