just would like to know if i can install and update insider builds dev/beta in virtual box same as i do on hdd, and do we have instructions for how to do it? thanks in advance.

Yes, it's just a virtual machine. No problems whatsoever with installing Windows insider and dev builds in that environment.

Rather than typing up a howto guide on installing Windows to a vbox virtual machine, I just googled it.
