Ok, trying to install W11 from within W10. So I mount ISO, run setup.exe from the sources folder, get the option to update before installing, click no. The following window opens:

The check box to accept and the next button are not present. It's like the window is too small. Any thoughts?

Have you tried clicking on the title bar and pressing N on your keyboard (possibly ALT+N ) Although you may then get stuck at the next screen.

It looks like it has a scroll bar on the right side so you can scroll down to the bottom of the window.
Are you able to do that?

I can scroll down to the bottom but the window is still incomplete.

Ok, I tried clicking on get updates before installing, then got the window to enter serial number, but, again the window was cut off at the bottom. I wonder if maybe it has to do with my screen resolution. Native for me is 1440p, maybe try changing resolution to 1080p? With Windows you just never know. Edit: Nope resolution did not make any difference.

Try clicking on the window to make it active and try keep pressing tab then enter
Changing the resolution is worth a try.

The key sequence to get you out of that window should be TAB - TAB - TAB - SPACE - ENTER

However, the full screen is showing on my computer.

Ok, using that info I was able to get to the version option screen. I selected Pro and then I get the incomplete agreement window.

I think the license page has a check box, to fill one of those you would need to Space to fill it, so if you have just got onto the license page you would need to tab then space then tab then enter

Actually no, the window isn't cut off. If you look carefully you can see that the text box for the licence is actually too large, spilling off the bottom of the window and covering the Accept button. The corners of the window can clearly be seen to either side of it.

Have you tweaked your system fonts, perhaps making them larger? If so, undo the tweaks.

One point suggesting you have tweaked the system is that your window has rounded corners, not a standard feature in Win10.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. This post coming to you courtesy of MS Edge on Windows 11! This was the sequence that worked and got me into the install process. Everything appears to be working fine. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who offered advice and guidance!

I was successful before getting to this, but I'm inclined to agree with Bree. I was scaled up to 125% as I run 1440p.

I rescaled my system to 100% and re-ran the installer and everything looked fine. Thank you!
