Windows 11 installation failed on Surface Pro 5

Trying to upgrade one machine from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11. The ISO is Windows 24H2 downloaded from Microsoft. Both of the methods failed at the end of upgrade process, it says:

Windows installation has failed.

Hardware specs:

• Intel i5 7300
• 8GB RAM
• Secure Boot on
• UEFI On

Is there any other fix for in-place upgrade?
