windows 11 does't boot on surface pro 7

First time installed ubuntu on my USB, during installation process i accidentally remove my primary SSD on disk management page that caused my boot system file varnished.

After successfully install ubuntu i reboot my laptop and i got this error.



Googling for more info, majority webpage suggested to go MS website download recovery image onto usb but no luck then proceed on 2nd step i learn from youtube Fixmbr/fixboot/rebuild cbd yet to resolve by myself.

Desperately looking for help as i got 4 weeks didn't access my personal activities on my win 11.

Best guess is the partition/s on the 256GB drive have been deleted, lost all the data on them.

Ubuntu 13 is fairly old, my USB has Ubuntu 21 on it and I have Linux Mint 21 on a Desktop.

thanks for response but no still no resolve. the command return blank which i believe it's not found

Boot from the USB and instead of fixmbr...
type
diskpart
list vol
exit
you will see that there is no Windows partition.
You have to reinstall Windows.

There is nothing you can do. You lost everything and you have to reinstall Windows.
During setup delete all partitions.
