Intel Serial IO: Where i can find them?

Hi,

i have some difficult to find the last Intel Serial IO drivers package.

The producer of the laptop give me the last version, but is updated in 2020 for Windows 10.

But i can't find it on intel web site.

Some suggestion to find it?

Perhaps try the Intel Driver and Support Assistant.

One caveat: once installed, it always runs. It cannot be disabled in Startup Apps. I don't know what Intel is thinking. (How often do most of us need to search for driver updates?)

If it doesn't find a new driver, that will suggest that the Windows 10 drivers are supposed to be adequate. Are you trying to solve an issue, or just wishing to be up-to-date?

Old drivers, most of the time, work with w11. Try them out.
If they don't work.

You can use Autoruns to disable Intel driver & support assistant quite easily.
Most laptops have customised drivers from the device manufacturer and updated drivers may not install or may cause system instability, if your laptop was not released with Win11 support in mind then Win10 drivers might be the best you will get.
I suggest making sure you have an upto date system image & backup of your personal data in case of issues with a 'generic' driver release.

I didn't use any utility that isn't part of a default Windows installation. I'll have to look into that.
