Solved Invisible icons at taskbar

Hey.
After the update of 3 drivers (NVIDIA GPU , Genesys Logic card reader , HP wide vision camera) via Driver Booster , some icons at task bar become invisible.
Unfortunately, i don't have restore points or image backups before the problem appears.
Any suggestions ?

What are the rest of the missing icons?

First... get rid of Driver Booster. Don't use it... uninstall it.

My guess would be the vid card driver.

1. Go here and do Option 2, step 3...

Then do this...

DDU Instructions - Nvidia
1. Get this program, here: Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) | Wagnardsoft ...get the latest version, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get the DCH/Game Ready vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: Advanced Driver Search | NVIDIA ...save this to your desktop.
Unhook the internet completely.
3. Reboot into Safe Mode and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you.
4. After it's done, reboot to normal mode, then just double click the Nvidia driver to install.
[See pics below]. If it want's to reboot, let it.
Rehook the internet.

Absolutely agree with this statement.
Always best to go to the manufacturer of the device to get their drivers.
Some of the third party driver are not always suited for the specific device
in your PC/notebook.

So you guess wrong. After this procedure the problem persists.
The rest icons are decades. E.g.. Notes , Notepad , B&O Audio control , Windows settings .......
The good news are they work even they are invisible and when i hover the mouse pointer i see them description.
Note that i also have the latest NVIDIA driver like previous.
Any suggestions ?

Unpin and go to the program in question and right click to have it pinned to the task bar again.
Also, go to Settings , Personalization and from there click on Task bar option.

Is you version of windows English or Spanish ?
IF it is Spanish, you'll have to install the Spanish
version of the nvidia driver.
Can you verify that Norton isn't blocking anything
in it's white list or Allow list.

The version is Greek. Norton

Before we do anything else, pls visit the HP site for your notebook.
Once you have entered the right version of Windows (11 22h2)
and click on the (I believe) is next, it will ask if you want to let them
verify if you need to update any of the drivers and maybe BIOS (not sure)

As you can see the notebook's numbers are not quite the same as what you have
entered in your My Computer. They are the same in the English version but,
when choosing the Greek version, this is what I got.

Another little aside, the latest update that you have installed which was a Preview
was also reported to have issues so, it might also be that.
I do think that the latest drivers you have installed via the driver update app might have also contributed
to this effect.

Taskbar icons and their settings are stored here. Run code in CMD to remove them and then re-pin them.

Also that not works.
But i found a solution for the items those have an executable file :
1) I find .exe at "everything" app.
2) I open .exe location at explorer
3) I right click on .exe and choose "pin at task bar".

But i have 2 apps with not .exe :
1) B&O Audio control
2) Windows sticky notes.
Any idea ?

Rename the file to .exe, pin, remove .exe from the pin and the original file and restore the original extension.

I think he meant the two files that you're having trouble with.
The B&O Audio control is installed with the Realtek audio driver
It's like the Nahimic audio control where as the Realtek driver
and the Nahimic Companion all work in concert. Don't know if
you can have just one .exe for all.
As for StickyNotes: From the web
The file StickyNotes.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files (x86)" (mostly C:\Program Files (x86)\Sticky-Notes\)

2) I dont have stickynotes.exe at my disk.
