Should this option be enabled in BIOS if I don't use any virtualization software?
Options are Auto, Enabled, Disabled

The default on my MSI AMD board is AUTO
Are there any advantages/disadvantages to using it?

If you wanted to make Windows more secure you could enable VBS which does require virtualization Virtualization-based Security (VBS)

Otherwise no it won't make any difference enabled or disabled

Enabling/using IOMMU, can add a bit of latency. So if you don't need it for anything, keep it on auto or off.
