I purchased a new computer few months ago. the hardware is great ,but the windows 11 to me is windows 7 and ubuntu rolled into one.
so the error above is the one error I can not get rid of. I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer,but i would like to resolve this.

Hello, Sorry no one has answered you before now. I could find little about this error other than it was a bug very early in Windows 10 days and involved Hyper-V. The only reference that I found that gave any real information, said a workaround was to install Windows Sandbox alongside Hyper-V. Would you please tell me if you are running any virtual machines.
