I need help understanding the properties of two user folders. Is sending screen shots of their properties a potential security/hacking issue for me? Thanks for your help.

I've done such and had no problem. Sometimes it's the best way to demonstrate/illustrate an issue. Just don't include anything personal such as names, I include only my name as shown on the toolbar in forums. I use the Win11 Snipping Tool and it saves to the Screenshots folder in Pictures and retains on the clipboard until some is later added.
