I am running Windows v 24H2 (Build 26100.6584). My question is a general question about Notepad under this version of Windows 11. Under Windows 10 and earlier, I was able to open Notepad by selecting a file, we used the registry key of Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\tstfilelegacy\shell\printto\command\txtfilelegacy\shell\open\command in our C++ program. When I try to open Notepad now in Windows v 24H2 (Build 26100.6584), the Notepad application does not open up. I do realize that Microsoft 'upgraded' the Notepad application. Is there another registry entry that I can call in my program to open this 'upgraded' Notepad application?
Thanks for any assistance that you can share.
