download Winaero's Context Menu Tuner (CMT). find "Paste" in the left pane. Add it to the right pane. restart Explorer. open CMT again, remove paste from right pane. restart explorer again. see if it went away

Good try, but nope. Added to Desktop, closed CMT, restarted Expl. Opened CMT, removed Paste from Desktop, closed CMT, restarted Expl. No change. Thank you for the effort, though. It's just a ghost, and does nothing to my overall (mostly) problem-free installations, positive or negative.
P.S.: I also tried Sordum's EasyContextMenu, and got nowhere with that, as well. I can live with ghosts. Got a few of my own that aren't on computers. No problem.

It looks absolutely frightening to try to invade a System file like Shell32.dll, and although editing it might be easy with RH, saving it back to System32 will be a challenge at best. Than you for that research. I think I'll let my ghost rest in peace.

I created a reg file with the note book on the desktop with this post you gave. I saved the note book with the reg text. but when I click on it, it gives a warning like this:

What am I doing wrong?

That code was designed to be saved as a .bat file that you can run from a command line or by double-clicking on it.

I tried it as reg file, bat file and on cmd but coudn't manage to do. I'm not familiar with codes. could you share it as a ready created reg or bat file both for hide and unhide it please.

right click your start button > launch WIndows Terminal as Admin > set it to Command Prompt > copy and paste the below code to disable/remove Undo & Delete:

reg add "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced" /v MaxUndoItems /d 0 /t REG_DWORD /f

You're missing something. Let's try again:

Open Notepad and copy and paste this and save the file as Fix.reg. Be sure the extension is .reg, not.txt.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"MaxUndoItems"=dword:00000000

Now, double-click that Fix.reg file, and say Yes.
