Yes we can control most fans in the BIOS. Yes we can control the GPU fans with something like MSI Afterburner.
BUT, with Fan Control you can control ALL the PWM fans.

Note: Persoanlly I only want to run all my case fans at 100% and my CPU fans at a constant 83%, so I plan to just use the BIOS.
