If the ASUS and AMD drivers are similar, go with the one that has the latest version number.
If the drivers are similar, the version numbers will be of the same format.

Whichever you choose, I recommend you do Option Two here, first...

Any drivers MS offers will still be available as Optional updates.
A lot of the time, the MS drivers (for whatever device), will corrupt the already installed drivers.
This seems to happen a LOT with vid card drivers.
