Hello Windows Insiders, today we’re releasing Windows 11 Builds 22631.2506 (KB5031455) to Insiders in the Release Preview Channel on Windows 11, version 23H2.

(Note: This optional update is currently also rolling out to all customers on Windows 11, version 22H2 including those in Release Preview. Please see this KB article here.)

This update includes the following improvements documented here in this KB article plus these additional changes for Windows 11, version 23H2:
  • Under All apps in the Start menu, Windows 11 system components will now show a “system” label.

I tried here and it just changes the desktop as expected, no flickering. 🤷‍♂️

I have to run both REG hacks every time I restart or shutdown. with it active the test to see if it is working provided my MS Ignite says it is only looking like it is working.
