Something strange going on here when I did the updates from last week. The update history says this .NET update was installed, but the Reliability Monitor said it failed. What do I believe? The error was 0x80010108.

It may have failed on the 1st try... then installed.
If Windows Features, shows .NET 3.5 and 4.8, you're probably fine.
Just keep an eye on it for a month or two. See how the "next" updates go.

Most of us, do the following quite often. Window's System File Checker

Open a command prompt as Admin, and run the command...

sfc /scannow

    Other Info
Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
This is what it fixed:

"DEPLOY [Pnp] Repaired file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\BthA2dp.sys"

In December it fixed bthmodem.sys.

Both Bluetooth related?

Windows Features does show both .NET entries. I will see what happens next month.
