On desk and laptop this wouldn't install stuck on 0 for 20 min. Rebooted and still not installing. Turned off latist updates and paused for week. Will try download. That's worked and installed now.

Installed these updates, 4k Youtube videos on my computer started to stutter
So I updated my nvidia drivers, and they still stuttered
After drinking a bottle or two of antacid and installing an earlier version of nvidia drivers: 526.98, the stuttering has stopped for now.
