I still don't understand why Chrome deems it necessary to hijack that setting!
I find it rather annoyingly restrictive!
There's gotta be a Flag for that!

Good note though, first time I see this effect, thanks for posting.
On loader, active textareas, fields, buttons...

It seems they 'enhanced' the code a bit now using the accent color in more places in the UI.
Are some nasty discoveries at times especialy when you keep an eye on all those precious themes.

K, here's what I found...,
when using unsupported accent colors, Chrome defaults to the orange...,
you can also disable the integration by disabling accent colors on title bars.

Last year Google introduced the option to add notes to saved passwords, currently you have to go to the Settings page to add or edit those notes, but soon it will be possible to quickly add or edit them from the password management bubble (directly on the site where you use the password):



Obviously you'll need to enter your PIN or other type of authentication before you can view and interact with the saved note, this will be added later.

Notes are not an uncommon part of other password manager services, such as LastPass and 1Password, which leave room for notes on password listing as well as supporting full notes as their own listings.

Google will make it easier to remove entries in Chrome's autofill popup.

You can currently remove individual entries in the autofill popup with a keyboard shortcut (Shift+Delete):


But many users don't know this, so Google will add a trash can icon to make the process easier and friendlier:




Edge's autofill popup has had this button for quite some time:
