Solved "Let's finish setting up your device": How to disable Nag screen?

I'm getting this nag screen at boot up. I've been checking some Youtube videos about how to fix this problem, but it seems that the layout in Settings has changed, because I can't see the options that the videos are talking about (Settings > System > Notifications.

I don't want to "finish setting it up". It's quite deliberate that I'm not signing in to a bunch of MS services.

Does anyone know how to turn off this nagging?

Found it. They've moved it to make it VERY hard to find. It's in the Startup App notification settings, at the very bottom. I

Settings-System-Notifications-all the way to bottom expand additional settings-uncheck "Suggest ways to get the most out of windows and finish setting up device"
(I have all 3 of the options there unchecked)
