I need help. I have been fighting black screens for a couple months now, having gone thru driver updates, resetting my system back, setting adjustments, all to get these black screen and system fans running loud to stop! This only happens when gaming, and error reports vary. This LiveKernelEvent has been reoccuring, among other issues. IDK what else to go after.

There is the link from running Tuneup Plus Logs.

I did fully uninstall and re-install the NVIDIA Drivers using DDU. Reinstalled an older version from a few months back before issues started; Version 572.60 - Released Feb 27,2025

Running the game that normally crashed at recommended (and my normal settings before i had issues and started to troubleshoot) GPU settings after a minute or so caused another black screen.

Trying to re-run the V2, i get this instead of what should

1752184897680.webp

I went thru your original link, reinstalled a new file, and this was the screencapture result.

When planning to run V2 make sure that extract all is clicked first.
Then launch V2 from the new window.

Awesome! I really appreciate you and your help! I have been thinking its been my GPU itself for a while. Dont have a spare to swap. I already have been saving for a new one, and will continue to do so. This brings peace of mind reading your next step.

When i finally do get a new GPU in, i will hopefully remember to come here and give you an update! I have terrible memory.

While waiting there may be frequent BSODs using the Nvidia GPU card.

If there is a second port on the motherboard it can be tested.

The computer has both Nvidia dGPU and Intel iGPU.

These are compromises with altered performance:

Safe mode

Using only the Intel iGPU
