Windows 11, Mac OS
Unfortunately I can't remember what I did last that caused this, but its a fairly fresh install less than a month.

Tried with no help:
creating a new user
disabled non-Windows services
disabled startup items
Ran File Signature Verification, all drivers are signed.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Reinstalled Video & Chipset Drivers (AMD)

With Safe Mode - login is immediate.

Click here for Windows Performance Recorder boot log if anyone is willing to analyze. Explorer Init takes a long time - any ideas?
