Looking for options after BSOD

My gf's laptop (~3 month old Lenovo Ideapad 5 I believe) had a BSOD yesterday Stop Code was SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.

Upon reboot it went to a nice little window title "Please select boot device" with two options: Windows Boot Manager and Micron blah blah blah (the SSD). Selecting either just brings you back to the same screen.

Threw in the recovery USB, tried boot recovery but that failed, went to a command prompt, looked at DISKPART and the drive shows up but has no partitions on it.

Any utilities that can maybe resurrect the partition table? I mean, if I need to reinstall, I will (and then I'll be looking for something to verify that the SSD is working properly).

Not really something I have time to deal with in the middle of moving (with all 3 of my computers still at the old place)...but I'm the one who gets to deal with it so...

Assuming the drive is still viable, to my knowledge , No. Again assuming the drive is still viable, you could see if you can restore an image if you made one. I would suspect drive failure. No matter the issue, for a 3 month old laptop, I would be contacting Lenovo support as it's under warranty.

If your Windows drive has no partitions in DiskPart, your HDD/SDD has failed. Here is a solution:
Back up the data drive to another device, and format the drive.
Install Windows 11 fresh on that drive. That will get your computer running again. From basic WinPE type:
X:\Windows\System32> diskpart
list disk
sel disk (whatever number is the non failing drive)
sel vol 0
format fs=ntfs quick
exit

That is what I was thinking. Timing is great, just moved so I have a massive list of things to get done.

Do you have another computer?
3 other windows computers in the house. I just need to find all my "stuff" after the move.

Only one drive in the Lenovo and no partitions show. So the options seem to be swap the drive myself (shouldn't be too hard) and reinstall or file a warranty claim and send it in (I'll give her the option). Luckily she has her old laptop still and she can use my laptop if need be (or my desktop once I get that back up and running).

Thanks for the input everyone. Confirms what I was thinking.

Actually if the drive is already formatted ntfs, there is need to re-format or remove partitions from a drive before clean installing windows if you follow the tutorial. Step 10 deletes all partitions and installs on Windows on unallocated space. The installation process does everything for you.

diskpart lists no partitions on the drive. If we do not send it back, I plan on a clean start and then a backup once she has everything installed again (I should have done this before but things got busy.

If we do not send it back,
It's in your best interest to send it back as all indications point to a drive problem. Even if by some chance (which I doubt) you were able to reinstall Windows on the existing drive, you could never trust it to not happen again. The OEM should install a new drive along with windows. It should come back to you in the OOBE (out of box) state just like the day you bought it..

You need to download a Clonezilla live CD to a USB or another drive and boot it (I use Ventoy for this purpose.), and this WILL save ALL contents of your failing hard drive BEFORE it is too late.

Just how would that work with no partitions on the drive. There is no data.

Is your partition NTFS? If so, there is many tables including the MFT (could be why). But, if you aren't seeing anything: your partition table is corrupt.
