Machine Inactivity timeout GPO vs the Settings page?

For security reasons, i want to set the machine inactivity time outs using Group Policy but I noticed a setting which can be seen from my print screen. I have print screens, one from the Group Policy and one from the Sign In options settings.

Are these the same settings for setting the Machine Inactivity timeouts?
