I agree with @Stigg. Most people I know opt for the perpetual license. I have a four-pack. I have no intention of opting for a subscription package unless compelled because Macrium discontinues perpetual version licences. I am happy to pay for a major version update every couple of years. In the end, it is no more expensive and probably cheaper.
