When deleting backups to free space,
Is it restricted to backups with the same 'Backup ID' ? Or,
Is it the oldest backup irrespective of the 'Backup ID' ?

I believe it’s the oldest backup located in the backups folder.

I don't have Reflect X, but I have the latest free version of Reflect.
There it says under "Other Tasks\Edit Defaults and Settings\Backup Defaults\Retention Rules" that it's the "target
volume ", see screenshot
