I found this and it is a good stream deck alternative. Works in 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11. It is really good (for me) that I started contributing.

No TPM, having WDDM 1.2, unsupported CPU.
Installed Windows 11 using the registry hack..
Clean installed even Windows 10
