Microsoft 365 Colors and Splash Screens Different on Different Machines

I'm not sure if this is normal. I have a family subscription to Office 365. I have found that the look is different under my accounts vs. my wife's account. On both my laptop and desktop the splash screen (i.e. Outlook) is "blue" with the Outlook/Microsoft 365 centered in the middle. System theme is the same as colorful. However, I just invited my wife and set hers up on her laptop. When I open hers, the splash screen is white. The System Theme is kind of grey but the colorful theme is correct. Is the color difference because I'm the "owner/manager" and hers is a license off of mine? I even tried reinstalling Office 365 on my desktop and it is still the original color mentioned above. Both versions have identical version numbers, even after updates.

There isn't an option to turn them off, that I can see. Office has always had them. However, Word/Excel/Powerpoint open so fast that you barely see them...Outlook takes longer because it loads the profile. Regardless, the issue isn't just the splash screen. The colors between my installed Office and hers are different. I'm assuming it is to differentiate between me as the "owner/manager" and her as one I'm sharing the subscription with. I just wanted to make sure.

Disable Splash Screens in Excel, PowerPoint and Word...
add space/e to Excel's shortcut Target,
space/s for PowerPoint,
space/q for Word...

weird...I'll try uninstalling on my desktop, using an office complete uninstall tool to remove any traces, and try installing again to see if that results in the version I'm supposed to have.

That's my Office 365 (for Students) splash screen. (when I turned on the preview thing that make the splash screen and interface look 11-like.)

Well it looks like a timing thing. Apparently a brand new update had just come out that changed the look of Office, and I ran the update again today and now I have the white splash screens and even the look is different.

My Teacher has Office 2019 and when he opens PowerPoint it shows him the RTM Office 2019 splash screen and there are reminders for him to update. I have Office 365 and when i open up a Office app it shows me the new splash screen and there are no reminders for me to update.

Mine eventually fixed itself...it appears my machine was just lagging in getting an update that actually was for cosmetics and not security or functionality.
