That's the problem here I do appear to be logged in but it keeps asking me to sign in again. Also, I am getting the full features in Edge once I click to ignore the sign in windows.

No sites are opened when I open Edge, just the browser bing.com. Uh oh, do I need to do something within Bing?

So are you saying that shows details related to the old account that is giving rise to this prompt?

Favourites etc are synched - I've used this with Firefox, not Edge.. but turning off synching (logging out) should not mean you lose them.

If concerned. export them first.

Thats where the trouble is. It simply won't let me log into an account and no matter what option I try when logging in it always comes back to "Were having trouble logging you in with an error code of 50058

I also just thought you could check the windows credential manager and see if that account is there you can remove it.

Right click the start menu, and choose terminal admin, then copy and paste the code in there. Follow directions.

Of course have your data backed up like you always should :)

But it should be fine.

Thanks, I found powershell but the script was deleted by my antivirus software. Ill turn that off and try again
