Hello guys I hope you can help me with an email that I received. I am almost certain that it is a scam but I cant be sure. the email is as follows

now the thing is the only place I have ever done a review would be on Amazon and I haven't done one of these in many months. could it be possible that someone is doing reviews in my name. I have logged onto my Microsoft account and everything seems in order there. the address at the top does appear to be quite genuine. is there an address where I can talk to Microsoft directly

any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated

You'd need to look at the email headers. If DMARC passes then it's probably legitimate. There's nothing we can see that's trying to get you perform any kind action either.

its spam. they spoofed the address. happens all the time with "@microsoft" domain emails. if you pull the header info, its not from that sender.

I've checked that email address on several online email verifiers, and it appears to be genuine, but it is often spoofed by scammers.
