Pro was tradiionally primarily for small business users (one off licence), with Enterprise primarily being for larger companies on a lease basis.
I cannot see who MS are now really targeting with Pro - surely not their cash cow Enterprise users?

It's not a different version of 11 Pro.... it's a set of PCs from normal OEMs which happen to run Pro. So the OEMs say "these are the PCs that we'll ship with Pro," and Microsoft says, "these are some business-ready devices, y'all."
