Hi,

I have group meetings with Microsoft teams, but I cannot work out why my app will not load. I get an email with "Click here to join the meeting" and it goes to the URL as showing on the image. It works if I click the "Continue on this browser", but I'm wanting it to load on the app that's pre-installed on windows 11, to which if I click "Open Teams (work or school) does nothing".

Is your Microsoft Teams even launching? You're in your browser here, not the app. Try a repair the app and see if that does anything. If that doesn't work, reinstall it.

Yes it loads if I click it on the taskbar on the bottom right. I get this below on the image.

It's worth a try, though there should be some mechanism to tell your browsers to launch Teams. At least, that's the way it works with Zoom. It looks to be the same, though.

Will try this should I uninstall the pre-installed one first?

EDIT - Still no luck I get this, when clicking the bottom option, Microsoft Teams does not open.

I remember that I also installed the downloadable version of Teams. I didn't uninstall the other version. The new version just took over things. So, if you've not tried to install it, I would do that.
